初夏（って、まだ梅雨だけど）の昼下がり、
六本木のすし店「奈可久」で、
飲みました～。
食べました～。
明るいうちから、気持ちいい～。
このロゴ、インパクトあるね～。もとはテレ朝どおりにありました。今は六本木ミッドタウンの前。結構な有名店です。
カウンターにある氷柱も知られてますね～。涼しげ～。奥は若手代表。ご主人がご病気のときは代りに店を仕切る凄腕板前さんだとか。カッコイイ。
まずは、マコガレイとイサキ。イサキのお刺身はあまり食べないけど、コリッとしてて美味しい。
青柳、赤貝、それと手前は、なんと「稚鮎」！！ 新子じゃないのよ～。びっくり。そういわれてみれば後味がちょっとコケっぽい感じ。
珍味がずらり。イサキの肝、マコガレイの肝、マコガレイの子、アワビの肝、イカの子･･･とかいろいろ。覚えられない（苦笑）。いつもは肝系は苦手で食べないけれど、あっさり味で手の込んだおつまみが美味しい。これには白鷹のヌル燗で。ああ、飲んじゃうよぉ。外はまだ明るいというのに･･･。ヒヒヒ。ホホホ。
これは噂の「チキンライス」･･･ではなく、海老の味噌で和えた酢飯なんだとか。生臭みはなくこっくりとコクがある。アイディアだね。
ハマグリの酒蒸し。ぷりぷりで出汁がめっちゃ出ている。
ハマグリのお出汁。コハク酸。んんんまぁ～。
イサキの焼物。アキコらしからぬ書き方だけど「脂が乗っていて美味しい」･･･って感じ？ 焼き方も香ばしくて、むは～、んまい。お寿司屋さんのすごいところは、生でも焼きでも揚げでも蒸しでも、もうなんでもちょこちょこっと目の前で、そう、ライブで、作ってくれるところがすごいと思うんです。こんな形態のレストランてほかにないでしょ。

キス。ああ、昔はよくキス釣りに行ったよなぁ。東京湾。きれいなキスはなかなか釣れなくてメゴチばっかり釣れちゃったり･･･。懐かしかぁ･･･。しかしこのキスは大きいっ。上品な旨味がアキコ好み♪
鯵。今年はよくないというけど、ぬは～、うみゃ～。

ご主人の鈴木さん。お寿司もおいしいけど、おつまみがまったくもっておいしーです。ありがとうございましたん。
同じ時期に立て続けにお寿司屋さんに行くと、同じネタで微妙に味が違うところを体験できておもしろいですね。今は、とにかく「マコガレイ」「ウニ」「アワビ」･･･って感じかな。この旬のものを食べるというのが一番体にいいのです。
