眺めのいいお寿司屋さんに行ってきましたー。
６月らしく梅雨空。梅雨好きの私としてはちょうどいい気候。眼下には浜離宮が。気持ちいいね。
看板には「寿司の道一筋」。札幌の名店「すし善」の東京汐留店。老舗の大店っぽく広々とすがすがしく気持ちいい。
でた、夏の定番、マコガレイ。こりこりの食感はアキコ好み。
甘いウニ。塩でいただく。本日のお酒は日本酒。北海道は男山（だったかな）の特別純米。さすが本店が札幌。北海道のお酒が多い。いいこといいこと。

こちらは蒸しアワビ。ぶあつっ。
北海道名物、ツブ貝と、能登産のしゃこ。「東京ではどうもつぶ貝の人気がないんでねぇ、美味しいのに」とちょっぴり嘆く阿部店長。北海道出身！ 私はつぶ貝大好きですよ～。
マグロ赤身。
しんこ。
鯵。今年は味がイマイチだとか。これは佐島沖。美味しいけれど･･･なぁ。二つに切ってくれる心遣いがうれしいね。
北海道らしいボタンエビ。ぶりっぶり。
ウニの握り。海苔なし。塩でいただく。甘い。
最後の巻物は、アキコスペシャル貝づくし巻き！ 赤貝ヒモ、ツブ貝、アワビ･･･の贅沢巻き。美味しい～～～。感激。
阿部店長と芋焼酎「皇神（すめがみ）」。黄麹仕込みのお寿司に合う芋焼酎です。
お寿司屋さんのすごいところは、お刺身、握りはもとより、ちょっとした焼物や煮物もあって、注文したものをはいはいチョチョイと目の前で作ってくれるところ。手早く、きれいで、勢いがあって。そのうえ、お話も上手で粋･･･。これすごくないですか？ すばらしいライブ感！ こんな形態のレストランは海外にはないよね～。
もう、お寿司、大好き♪
